# Listening to Families

> Listening to Families is a free, New Zealand resource of specialist-backed videos and podcasts answering the questions families ask about the development, health and wellbeing of children and young people. A Canterbury community initiative, with funding from the Māia Health Foundation.

Each topic is built around real questions from families, answered in recorded conversations with New Zealand specialists. The same conversations are published as videos (on the site and YouTube) and as podcast episodes (Apple Podcasts, Spotify). All content is free.
