Support after receiving a diagnosis
Deb Bradshaw Clinical Lead and Lurita Kurene Health Coach and Support worker Lead explain how the HIP's and Health Coach’s help and support individuals and families after the GP has provided a diagnosis. They confirm that there is no limit to the number of times that individuals and families can be seen.
